But, it’s not like that.
If you just send a freebie or lead magnet and then don’t communicate and follow-up with your email subscribers, you’re soon going to lose their attention and the subscribers will become inactive.
Such inactive subscribers are called to be “Cold” subscribers and as your email subscribers become cold, they won’t open your emails and engage with your emails in the future.
Thus, your email open rate, click through rate, and other conversion metrics will decline.
Therefore, you need to follow up with them consistently and communicate within their email inbox to keep them active and engaged.
